Our Plan for Hope

The Hope323 Project's mission is to raise money for events and programs that teach people how to find hope, have a purpose, and improve their lives. We do this by partnering with churches, community networks, and schools.

 

Our goal is to provide inspirational events, personal development coaching, and mental health awareness courses to adults, teens, and children.

Adult Mental Health
First Aid

Course for anyone 18 years and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem. 

Teen Mental Health First Aid

Classroom sessions to teach teens in grades 10–12 how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among their friends.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Course for adults who regularly interact with young people and teaches how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis.
