World Mental Health Day: Supporting A Survivor Society

It has been more than 18 months since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. In some countries, life is returning to some form of normalcy. In others, families and communities continue to face the disruption created by this unprecedented event. However, in all countries, the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted people's mental health.

We are now living in a "Survivor Society." Now, more than ever, hope and help are needed. As we focus on the message from World Mental Health Day, this year's theme is "Mental Health Care for All: Let's Make It A Reality."

We are encouraging people to take time to reflect on how they can take care of their mental health and support others so we have provided a brief overview of SAMHSA's "Tips for Surviving a Pandemic."

We are thankful that we have created effective programs to help people find hope. To learn more about our programs for communities, businesses, and schools, please click https://bit.ly/BuildHopeTogether to schedule a conversation.

Thank you for your time and for considering how to make mental health care for all a reality.
